ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Nevada-licensed physician to shape the clinical standards of a premium longevity clinic at its founding without taking on patient load. We are seeking an experienced physician to serve as Medical Director in a part-time supervisory capacity. This is a retainer-based oversight role structured to provide clinical governance, protocol framework, and regulatory defensibility that allows our NP-led care team to operate safely and compliantly. There is no direct patient care, no on-call obligation, and no required on-site presence. The role can be held alongside an existing practice or hospital position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide clinical oversight and supervisory authority for all clinic protocols and standing orders
- Review and approve treatment protocols, patient eligibility criteria, and informed-consent standards
- Conduct scheduled chart reviews and adverse event reviews in coordination with the clinical team
- Supervise and serve as the collaborating physician of record for our Nurse Practitioner(s)
- Oversee vendor and lab relationships from a clinical and compliance standpoint
- Ensure the clinic's practices align with Nevada Medical Board standards and applicable regulations
- Assist in distinguishing legally supportable patient education from impermissible marketing claims
- Be available for emergency protocol guidance and physician consultation as needed
- Participate in periodic protocol updates as the clinic's service offerings evolve
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active, unrestricted Nevada medical license (MD or DO)
- Background in one or more of the following preferred: regenerative medicine, integrative medicine, orthopedics, pain management, sports medicine, internal medicine, anti-aging/functional medicine, or aesthetics
- Comfort with regenerative biologic therapies, IV therapy, hormone optimization, and GLP-1 programs
- Understanding of Nevada's supervision requirements for advanced practice providers
- Familiarity with FDA regulations applicable to regenerative and biologic therapies
- Excellent judgment, professional integrity, and commitment to patient safety
COMPENSATION
Compensation is structured as a flat monthly retainer commensurate with scope. This is a low-hour, high-autonomy engagement — estimated at 4–8 hours per month — making the effective hourly equivalent highly competitive. Retainer details will be discussed during the interview process and are subject to renegotiation as clinic volume grows. This role is not structured around hourly billing or patient-volume metrics.
Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per month
